General Terms and Conditions

1	All items remain the property of London Musical Instruments Ltd until payment has cleared in full.
2.	We promise to refund in full for any product found unsatisfactory on delivery provided reported to us within seven days of delivery and the product is returned to us in original packaging in condition to re-sell.
3.	We accept payment by Paypal
4.	We aim to dispatch all orders received and paid by 2pm on a weekday the same day. Orders received after 2pm on a weekday will be dispatched the next working day. Orders made on a Saturday or on a Sunday will be sent on the Monday. Orders made on a Bank Holiday will be sent the following working day.
5	LMI strive to give you the cheapest shipping options
6.	The opportunity to purchase a product will be open to the first customer to pay for the product.
7.	If an item in a customers cart has gone out of stock before payment is made we reserve the right to refund you or delay delivery until further stock is available at the discretion of LMI.
8.	We dispatch to all UK addresses, if shipment is required overseas then contact LMI for rates and payment details.
