Latest news about London Musical Instruments

We are proud to announce that we have our own LMI Quartet which consists of four fantastic players from Her Majesty the Queens longest serving band (The band of the Coldstream Guards), the quartet has 2 new Royal Cornets, Tenor Horn and Euphonium. The first recital is at the Guards Chapel on 21st September at 1.10pm which will last approximately 50 minutes. It is a fantastic venue and if anybody would like to come along to listen to the recital it is free of charge. A new piece of music has been written specifically for the Quartet and you will probably get the chance to meet and talk to the players about the music and new instruments.

Introducing our Viscount range

The Viscount range has been introduced for entry to mid level players. The instruments have our reputation behind them and are free blowing, have good intonation and are reliable, these instruments have been designed to last well into the higher levels of the music grades but are very competitively priced.

The online shop for these instruments will be running very shortly. In the meantime please contact us for details of these instruments.

We launched our new Trombone at the London International Music Show which has been developed in conjunction with "Mike Innes", there is also in development a large bore trombone. We have also exhibited our instruments at various venues throughout the country and abroad.

We are getting Excellent reviews and comments about the "Sound and Build" quality. We can also build all instruments to your specific requirements, this can include cosmetic or design changes to suit your individual or bands needs.

Our range of instruments have various options of Red or Yellow brass components, these are listed in the specifications of our range of instruments in the products page.
